it is a um skid plate the tabs are on the swing arm just short 2 inches

i have a 2000 yamaha banshee with a 2 inch extended rear swing arm. i bought a brand new skid plate it doesnt fit, do they make them speacial for extended swing arms. the holes match up in the rear just under the sprcket and chain but is about 2-3 inches from the front bolt holes please help
