  1. i am betting on bad crank seal also
  2. im not takin offense to it, but watch what ya say man. i never said mine was a piece....it has just been sittin in a buddies garage for over a year and not ran. no havent done a compression testyet, but you can feel a difference at the tail pipes. left one is kinda cold and barely any press comin out of pipe while right side is hot and feels normal press comin out. you had many problems outta yours? i was at badlands wknd before last too, had fuel probs that wknd. had to take apart and clean both carbs that day...sucked!
  3. hey guys, new to the site, and to owning a banshee... i just got it a couple of weeks ago and it had no spark. coil tested bad, so i bought a new one...and still no spark. turned screws on TORS clockwise and got spark. bought TORS elimination kit, but havent installed yet. also have one stage hotter plugs in it. new problem... went to badlands this past saturday and had all kinds of problems. first i noticed that i had very little compression in left cylinder. but i did not foul the plug. then i noticed later on, that if i get on it pretty hard and just give it hell, trans fluid spews out of the breather tube by steering shaft. i checked fluid level, topped it off and set out again. this time it was much more fluid spewing out and a giant smoke cloud behind me (both from tail pipe and from where fluid dripped on motor) whats the deal here? i called my buddy who is a honda mechanic...he said maybe reeds, maybe bad crank seal what are your thoughts??? thanks
