Will Trade Anything for a set of Flattrack/TT Rear Tires

My GF is thinking about doing TT racing...right now we have a sand drag 350 banshee.......what all do we need to put on this bike and take off to be able to run. I know i gotta take override trans out and take out of frame drag pipes off and put shocks on it but other than that is there motor limitations or anything like that??? The motor is a 350 bored to a 37X and is drag ported with coolhead and 40mm Lectrons. I know i gotta take paddles off and put hoosiers or american racers on rear but what about front??
