  1. I am reassembling a basket case banshee and was wondering if there are suposed to be any shims inside the pipes where they meet the cylinders?? I have a CR250 Dirtbike and it has a shim in the pipe (well actually the cylinder) that falls out when I remove the pipe & I was wondering if the banshee is supposed to have something similar?? Any help will be greatly appreciated, Thanks Stuart
  2. Hi I have an 87 Banshee that Im putting together after acquiring it as a box of parts. Im wondering if I should install the large o-ring looking cushions between the clutch plates or is it a performance "Trick" to leave those out. Thanks, Stuart
  3. I have an 87 Banshee that Im putting together after obtaining it as a "Box of parts". My question is, On the Right engine/clutch cover there are two holes that I dont know what to do with. 1 is down low underneath a plastic cover with two screw holes on either side and 1 is kinda right above the plastic cover going downward into this cavity area that is covered by a plastic cover Im guessing this is some sort of crankcase vent . Should I just block off the hole under the plastic cover and fill the upper hole with silicone to keep water and dirt out or is that a bad idea? Thanks, Stuart
