OK so I pulled the head and I have holes in both pistons. I also have metal down in the crank from the pistons. What should I do next?

I will tonight. I'm sure its all bad. where is the best place to buy a top end rebuild kit?

I Just got a 2000 350 and took it out this weekend. I was with a few friends and I had my cr250 so i took it out and my Friend took the 350 about half hour later we where coming in and the ban stopped. I was ahead of him so I'm not sure what happened he said it just stopped. I put it neutral and try to kick it. Nothing i can push on the kick start with my hand there is next to no Resistance know this is no good I'm looking for a start point. Please help as this was a hard pill to swallow and I want to get it fixed and move on.
