Well I'll finally got this shock I got on ebay. It's complete junk. The dogbone is similiar to a Banshee except where the lower shock mounts. Also this shock has a fork mount instead of a round one like on a OEM Banshee shock..Anyone have any ideas what it may be?

Anybody racing in or going to the Ironman GNCC race this weekend in crawfordsville, Indiana?
My buddy raced there. Got 22nd outta like 80 or so riders in his group.. He races a KFX450R.
Can-Am is actually talkin to him about bein a rider for them in the amateur group.

Easy way to gain width, but the sacrifice on travel is wayyyy too much. Ive just bought a used set of quality +2+1 a arms in the for sale forum for $300, thats a much safer bet, even with stock length shocks.
x2...Do this before buying that kit man. That kit doesn't look safe.

Maybe he was referring to the bottom case. Having it trenched an epoxied. I think that's what they do for 4mil's. If it was the cylinders i would walk away unless it's a super deal then you could always buy another set of jugs for it.

Did you think they were gonna do it for free?? haha...Just like takin your car or truck to the dealership to get it worked on..Shop rate is through the roof. That's how they make their money. Shoulda know that before you dropped it off or atleast got a estimate or asked what there hourly rate was. I know around me it's like 80 bucks an hr at a Yamaha dealership.. lol...You got royally fucked man!

The banjo style fittings make me think it's a Chinese shock... Lots of these have been showing up lately, and actually are not BAD shocks, believe it or not.
I'd like to get my hands on a set, and reverse engineer one and see how good (or bad) they actually are.
When I get it I'll ship it to ya.

For just a little bit more, ALF can hook you up with a Gforce with a warranty. The chrome is kinda shitty, but so far the axle has been good.
I will prolly get a G-Force..I need a new one...I'm too scared to try one of these I posted out..lol
