  1. i have a 2001 banshee with lots of modifications, v force 3reeds, lrd pipes, k &n filter, no box cover, boost bottle, cool head, 30mm bigger carbs, etc...never blown up but has been bored to clean up cylinder walls, port n polished..... my question is that i run about 163psi in each cylinder and am wondering what kind/octane gas i should run in it, i have been pre mixing it with amsoil interceptor at 50/1 and have been going half racegas(110) and half 91 oct, seems to rip until i get to the top end where its holding back... suggestions? might just need bigger main jet for top end but dont want it to dog on low end... am i good on runnin that 50/50 mix or should i go full 110??? ~Justin

  3. want to change oil on my 01 banshee wut should i run for transmission.gear oil? guy told me he ran amzoil before didnt like amzoil cuz it was so thin but kinda like it now.. any ideas of what to run? wut weight>?
  4. here's the story, started up,riding a day at the track got home, cleaned dirty filter -put rag in airbox to keep dirt from gettin in intake boot. dad went and put filter on but must not have seen rag had no power on left side, took it all apart, took rag out, ran it a little but then there seemed to be power until the top end where the powerband would kick in. took apart and one reed on the left side doesnt fit flush with the cage. v force 3=$pricey, havent got the replacements in yet, but wondering if that is my only problem, 155 in both clinders for compression, so i dont think its in the motor, thinking in the carb or ignition if not just the reeds, but never messed with any settings in carb. wondering what others think? help me out a lil? stressin me out was supposed to ride at the track tomorrow but dont think its gunna happen
