  2. I would check the pickup coil for damage and check your gap from the flywheel raised node to pickup ..... also use locktite on all those stator and timing plate screws ....

  4. im in the middle of doing this dc conversion and i just wanna ask you for some guidance on this here is the two pictures ... http://s1288.beta.ph...html?sort=3&o=0 http://s1288.beta.ph...html?sort=3&o=1 thats where i float my ground from so what i do is heat up that solder remove it until i get to the copper wire you see in the pics? and attach my piece of like 3.5 foot wire and solder it to that other copper wire from in the pics? im using a 45 watt soldering iron ..... it seems like its gonna be tough to get that copper wire loose ???? any help is appreciated

  6. hey guys im an idiot and didnt put lock tite on my pickup coil. it came loose off both screws and its all damaged now and wont kick over does anyone have an extra laying around they can ship for cheap to ontario canada n3h 4r6
  7. hey AKheathen learn how to use a computer..... lol and notsed im using the trailtech Nickel-metal hydride Battery Pack: 3700 mAh, 12V ..... for the trailtech hid lights if i had to lug a battery like that on my banshee i would just use stock lights that battery is huge lol

  15. after work today i plan on spending the night with my gf. im planing on putting on the shaved head i got off a fellow member and install the advanced timing plate is there any tips or anything anyone can share???? ive been kinda nervous to do these 2 mods because i have a barely used 2005 on a stock bore. but ive always heard these are really easy mods to install?

  20. hey everybody, im trying to save our friend matt at so cal a annoying phone call from canada :shootself: tomorrow but i was just wondering how do you get max ride height with the yfz450 complete front end? if i turn the washer and lock washer either way it doest seem like it is doing much lol ... banghead any input would be appreciated cheers guys

  23. t5 pipes vforce 3 reeds pro flow with k&N (airbox with no lid) ontario canada 1000 ft elevation ok guys hopefully somone can help me here i tried the 290s 270s and 280s. Im not a pro at plug chops but the 270 and 280 were very very similiar but i found that the 280 performed better for all round throttle response. i currently have the stock needle in the stock 3rd position, 27.5 pilots at 1.5 turns out , & 280 mains. but when i go say from 1/4 throttle to full throttle real fast i have like no power and my engine sounds funny its almost like the top end power goes away but if i back off the throttle it comes back slowly tomorrow im going to play around with my airscrews to see if i can get a crisper wot
