i just picked up a 2004 shee the other day i got it in a trade with some other stuff, its a 4 mil and ported with everything under the sun done to it... i dont have exact specs but the guy said it was clocked a 125 with a radar gun.... i dont really belive him but is it possible for these to go that fast? and what does it take, i dont think the one i got would but it would, bu itd be sweet lol

well....i just sold it for 2k about 2 hours after puttin it on craigslist....you really had to see the bike to apreciate it...as soon as i listed it i started gettin calls, i thought id be getn talked down to atleast 1500 but maybe they are just rare in va beach....took me a while to find this one, thanks for all the input yall gave and i actually like the plastics on it, to each their own, thanks!

2001 yamaha banshee needs crank, it had a +4mm hot rods crank and one of the lower rod bearings went bad, it has ported cylinders bored for 65.5 mm pistons, a trinity racing stage 5 head, two brand new in box vitos pistons, aftermarket cluch cover, toomey t5 full exhaust, twin keihn aftermarket carbs with knn filters and outerwears, dyna ignition, aluminum grab bar and bumper, aftermarke bars and billet clamp, trail tech dash, wider a arms, razer 1 tires on the rear, stockers up front, maier raptor style plastics in excellent condition, aftermarket stator, v force reeds, clear radiator hoses, and some other odds and ends, i got it over the weekend and i got to many projects to take this one on its a really clean and nice bike.....i already got 5 atvs and just dont need anymore, i just wanted it to fix up cause i missed havin a 2 stroke, but just cant take it on right now and dont really need it sittin around for a year, engine is dissasembled just needs a crank and reassembly, would like 2k obo i dont really want to part it out [email protected] i live in virginia beach va http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=viewImage&friendID=334488392&albumID=1149232&imageID=17724378

i know ill probobly catch %$#@ for asking this i have built motors/ported cylinder heads before, i would like to port my own shee if possible, basically i am asking what areas are worked? for mild dune etc... any info would be apreciated, from what yall are telling me ill prob go with a p.j head exhaust and supporting mods, thanks for all the info, i would have probobly thrown a bunch of boltons on my bike and have been dissapointed.

whats up i am new to this forum, i currently have a 2006 banshee that is totally stock, i was wondering what my best beginning mods would be, i was thinking of buying a kit from alba action its around 600 for pipes filter kit and needle/jets, they have different exhaust options as well wich leavs me baffled of wich direction to go, i live on the east cost in se virginia, lots of trail riding and drag it often, i raced a zuke 400 and stayed side by side spinning like crazy from the start, i have a mildly modded yfz 450 (bolt ons/cam mod)and would like the shee to be around that power level, looking to spend around 1k, thqanks for any info,
