Well the front end is on the ground, But the rear is on a set of jack stand. I never measured them when I got them. But I dont think the weight of the frame would make them sag or get shorter. But it might.

Check these out. I have seen these in person they arent much to look at. But they have got to be better than stock .
Yea the more bumps you hit, And the more the oil compresses and uncompresses cause the oil to heat up and the shock to fade. The piggybacks hold more oil therefore are less likely to fade.
It depends on how hard you ride. The piggy help with the shock fading from heat.
You can buy those elkas's I posted and then later if you think you need the piggy's you can add them later.
I know how you feel bro. I've been building mine for 3 months now and this is how far I've gotten.
I've got all the big items. Motor is complete. Just missing the odds and ends to get it all put back together. I cant wait till i get to ride mine.
