Hey guys i searched the forum and couldnt find an exact answer to my question. Im new to the world of 2 stroke and would like to know what you guys do after every ride, every month, every year as far as maintenance is concerned on your banshees. I just picked up an 03 and it seems to run great and has no problems. I would like to keep it this way. I ordered the Haynes manual for it and it should be in shortly but in the mean time, what do you do? Also what fluid are you running in the crankcase? It seems like mine has some sort of gear oil in it. Also what is your favorite 2 stroke oil and what mix do you prefer? Thanks!

Hey guys im new to the world of two strokes. Im very familiar with 4 strokes and have built a few car engines. I just picked up an 03 Banshee and I took a vid of it running today. From what I understand it has Pro circuit head pipes and silencers, v force reeds, boost bottle, and kn filter. I know 2 strokes burn oil but is this a normal amount of smoke?
