Any ideas where to start? I have alot of my wiring to the handle bars removed, lighting and kill switched to the tether. Any help would be appreciated.

Just came accross this and wondering if anyone else has had this? I'm getting the same shock but I have not had any new wiring done. Does not feel good at all, ha! Just started and about to start pulling apart but would like to know where a good starting point might be? cheers
