Has 4mm crank, cool head, bored 40 over, K&N air filter, Paul turner pipes(high rev) +2 A- arms, +2 rear axle, needs a little bit of work(clutch cable, and jetting done) I live in Grand Rapids and would like to sell it local since shipping a quad is outragous. 1750 obo.

When you guys replace your clutch cover gasket do any of you put any gasket maker stuff on either side or do you just trust the gasket to do it's job. I had a leak and was working on replacing it, and thought I would check with someone real quick. Thank you.

i swapped wiring the wiring harness and she fired right up. Go figure.

I unplugged all of it, and still can't get spark.

I am so confused. I had my shee running then I took the carbs out and put them back in and bang, no spark. I switched my CDI, Coil, on/off switch, key switch, and checked the ground. I used the parts off my running shee so I know they work. Still no spark. The only thing left is my stater, right? Any help would be very much appreciated. I am losing my mind here. She was running, then 15 minutes later, no spark. What the f***? Oh yeah, this shee does still have the tors, but I pulled the plug on them to make sure that wasn't the problem either. I know, it's time to rip them off this one too.

I can't wait to buy one.

I've got a similar problem, thankfully I have two shees and swapped the coil, and cdi and the shee still wont get spark. I am getting really pissed, I had it running, took the carbs off for a cleaning, then next thing I know, I have no spark. What gives? Any suggestions.

I've got spark so I assumed the ground was good. I traded wires, and tried trading plugs, still no difference in end result. I put those 25s back in and now I can get the one side started up, but once i give it some gas it will bog out and die. Still no fire off the right side though.

Is there a way to tell if your reeds are bad, I did take out my boysen reeds and putting stock ones back in.

I just realized my pilot jets had 30s in them and put the stock 25s back in, now i can't even get the damn thing to start. I started to part one of my banshee out and put another back together to sell whole. So i have parts off a 99 and 00. So I put stock pipes back on it and that's about it. The carbs and motor are out of the 99 which I had running a week ago. Ran like a champ. Put the stock pipes back on now I can't get it running. Maybe I have a clogged pipe. When I had the 30s in there for pilot jets I had it idling on one cylinder, I guess I am going back out to the garage and putting the 30s back in and will try to remove my fuel filter to make sure something didn't get clogged in there. What are you running for your pilots?

Alright, I ripped the motor out of my quad, then put it back in after painting the frame. I put it back in and now one side wont fire. I've got spark and great compression, getting fuel too. What else could it be? Any suggestions would be great. Definetly a rookie here and confused as ever.
