what he said. Something isnt aligned right....either the carrier in the swing arm, the bearings in the carrier, or the swingarm in the frame. Possibly the wrong bearings are in there? I'd doubt that it has anything to do with the sprocket or the chain....unless you have more play on the top of the chain than the bottom....maybe its one tooth off and not even(thats highly unlikely, but you never know)

Where are yall riding? I got 3 shee's in my garage right now(mine, my brother's, and best friend's) and my neighbor has 2....and we're looking for somewhere new to ride? Where do you all go? Can we join? We're in Yonkers(westchester)

Well...first off Mr. Rocco. 1- Learn how to spell "tourched". B- polishing doesn't make you any faster...just shinier. Maybe porting is the word you are looking for. IV- I comes before E, except after C But yes, his bike is stupidly fast. I doubt it has to do with timing as it has much more power top end as well as mid range. He's much faster than my bike which has Pro Circuits and a fresh top end(but i think my jetting is slightly off).

I know this is a little old, but I'm in the same situation.... Anyone have any suggestions? All I can think of is getting a new tank...or welding on a piece of another bolt to the stripped one and then attaching the plastic with a nut.
