  1. the frame they use is from a 700 raptor, they just get the raptor engine out and dump in the r1 engine. the pics and everything about the quads are at this site http://www.superquads.biz/gallery.html
  2. Ive found a shop which makes hybrid quads with r1 engines in it for roughly the same price that i bought my banshee for. Everything about the bikes they make and the shop is legit so now my only problem is money to get the bike. my only option right now would be to sell my banshee and use the money to buy the r1 quad but before i do so i just wanted to check what the rest of you think about the idea. i mainly use my banshee on the street to go to school and just ride around because quads here are road legal, i dont do any jumping or trail riding. if it helps, all ive done to my banshee is put fmf fatties. vforce3, ported it and air filter with air lid. so wat do you think? thnx for ur time,
  3. im kinda gettin bored of the same white plain look of my bike and wanted to put something on it that makes it unique. so ive looked around and found that one of the local dealers has a bomb squad graphics kit, so before i make any further steps i wanted to ask you guys for your wise and knowledgeable opinions about it. should i get it or not? does it look good on a banshee? and should i even get a graphic kit at all or just leave it plain? please post some pics if u do have. and secondly i wanted to ask if its possible to remove stickers and restick them again on the bike but on a differnt place? thanks a lot for everythin KashBanshee!
  4. hi, ive been searching for ages now and i cant seem to find anyway to lower my shee wit stock suspension(beside making it softer) for road use(quads are legal on the road here). im in africa at the moment and was wondering if anyone this is side and can either send me front lowering brackets for a good price or knows where i can get them because i just cant get any from CFM and CRJ without having to pay an arm and leg for the shipping. if no one can send some is there anyone who knows how to make them and can post some pics and instructions? thanks a lot! KashBanshee!!! :ermm:
  5. Alright, now i know that all of us banshee riders, fanatics, and owners love our 'shees but its about time we tell the truth and get it over with. Which quad do like (besides ur banshee) in all round. Looks, performance, reliabilty, sound, etc. I personally like the yfz450 for looks. my freind has one with dual LTE pipes and the sound they make is really cool-dont get me wrong, the banshee sounds Best and looks good to me but if i had to get another bike for looks and sound it would have to be the yfz. So wats urs? Tell us the 'pros' and 'cons' bwt ur banshee and the bike that u lyk. (sory bwt the long post) KashBanshee!
  6. i think that if you add up all the money you used to repair ur shee you could have bought a new one but i guess it hard to leave or replace a loved one. Take it easy on your ridin but once in a while take risks 'coz wats the point of ridin if you never try something new. Just dont kill yourself. Ride Hard but Ride Safe!
  7. i just wanted to ask how long riders here let their bike idle after starting it for the first time in a day. After idle do you ride slow or just go straight to WOT. Lastly, when you leave your bike of for about 4 hours in warm weather, when you get back to it to you warm it up again or just get a move. All this happens in the same day. Thanx for the appreciated answers and looking at this post.
  8. I ride on the road to most places that i go. This has worked well for some time because i havent been stopped for speeding by the cops. I dont have a speedometer on the bike or a gps kit so i wanted to ask if someone could estimate top speed for each gear on my bike. i have an 06 Banshee with FMF Fatty pipes, K&N filter with no airlid box and V force 3 reeds. Everything else on the bike is stock including gearing and tyres(asphalt tires). Thanx for the help
