Nice, I've got one of those on my list of things I need to get.
-
Two years ago they were $600 on ebay, now there not. $250-$350 is a good price for a good used one with nut and hubs. Best axle ever made imo.
-
Bore size does not matter but the question is do you want to spend 300-400 for a port job on a set of jugs that are on their maximum overbore?
-
Not good pictures but you might get the idea.

^^^^ I couldn't have said that better myself.
But in all honesty I think you do need to get rid of your Banshee, obviously you dont want it.

I run both pipes on different bikes and the Pro Circuits do pull better up top without a doubt.

PT is Paul Turner, it's a Duncan Racing brand. You can pick up a good used set of Pro Circuits almost everywhere, I dont know what new ones cost. You can follow the link in my sig to see what they are getting for PT's.
Around a couple hundred for a used set of either, I prefer Paul Turners for lots of reasons but I dont want to get into a fight tonight with all the PC lovers so I'll keep my mouth shut...for now.

I think I've said this before, PC's or PT mids will be your best choice.

captaincreampie on ps3. I get all wound up and shoot my own teammates so beware.
I heard the new maps are sick.

I say use good oil and run it at 40:1. Klotz Super techniplate is my choice but to each their own. I used to and sometimes still use 2R but always at 32:1 although I think its good oil too, just not as good. Klotz Benol is the best imo.

Ok, thanks.

There's several different kinds of Devcon, what kind are you guys using on your cases and where are you getting it? I'm doing some experimenting and will be using it internally.

You would more than likely be able to get a good enough look at the crank just by taking a cylinder off. If it says hotrods, Vesrah, etc on the rod you atleast know it has been rebuilt and you can also see the webs, not 100% accurate but your just curious anyway. If you wonder if it's a 4 mill just pop the head off, if the piston sticks out the top of the jug 2mm thats what you have, unless there's a spacer plate under the cylinders.
It's easy to tell if a stock head has been rechambered for a stroker crank but to tell if it has just been milled would probably require cc'ing the domes, or if there is visible cutter marks on the mating surface.
As far as a replacement clutch goes, I recommend the one Jeff at F.A.S.T sells, it holds alot of power.
If you have a good running motor I wouldnt be tearing it down just to see what you have, run it until it needs rebuilt then check it out.

I like the Noss/Fast head the best. I have two of those and a pro design. I dont care for the pro design as much.

Looks good!

It's just kind of everything together, the orgasm to my ears with the long pull of the powerband. There is nothing better than ringing one out down a dirt road on a summer night.

My Dodge and Titan
The Titan is just 2 wheel drive, I love it but I think I'll be trading it off soon on a different one.
-
Nice swinger!

You need to go up down and sideways. Seriously, there is more to it than just that and if you dont know what way to go you shouldn't be touching them at all. I'm not trying to be mean, just trying to be truthful.

I didnt see any nitrous on it. And nitrous itself is not flammable.
-
Thats kind of a strange setup. The ones I have seen were upshifting with the air and manual downshift, yours looks to be set up as air up and down.
Is that shift cylinder zip tied to the frame?
-
I got a boost bottle for you. Whats a ipod do?
-
That shit is cool !

Interesting, I've seen them on motorcycles but never a quad.
Uprev tuner
in Cars and Trucks
Posted
Anyone know anything about the Uprev tuning software? I just put long tube Nismo headers and some different exhaust on my titan and need to have it flashed. I know its not a generic tune like the bullydog and superchip but dont know alot about this computerized tuning stuff.
