  1. Yeah, I was looking at it online for a while.... Then I finally went up to his house and looked at it. It's done really well, I just need to clean up the wiring a bit, and throw on a stronger axle, And I think it will be good.
  2. If you want to go fast get an R1 motor
  3. Just don't do what I did.... My corvette z06 doesn't haul my banshee very well.
  4. I'm down in Orem. Sounds fun!
  5. Hmm, sounds to me like you should just pay the extra 10 bucks
  6. Hi all names Scott, I just bought my first banshee/quad Just a little intro/riding history I've been riding less than a year, I first got an old 185S ATC trike, then a 200S trike.. Then a kawasaki tecate 3-250R killer, sold all that crap and bought a death machine. I'm fairly new to riding I guess. I bought a custom R1 banshee. I've never ridden anything with more than 38horsepower, so I hope I survive It has +4 A-arms +11 swing arm I live in Utah, And I usually ride at the little sahara dunes/sand mountain So anyone in Utah seeing me passing you up the face, come say hi. Anyways, I will try and post some pics up of my machine.
  7. I'm not a real big jumper, and I hate dragging... But during hil lshooting I need to have the suspension setup to take bike whoops at the face were I go. I just want an axle that is not going to break... I think I found a good one for 200$ bucks that will do what I want. Thanks for the replies
  8. Haven't really thought about it, no... I'll look at that, I think that's my best option. Thanks man!
  9. My A-Arms up front are custom made and are about +4 over stock and use ds650 coils, but it still seems skinny to me, Are wheel spacers going to disrupt the integrity of my front end? all in all it rides about 10-12 inches taller than stock. -Scott
  10. Hello All, I just bought banshee with an R1 motor on it... I'm worried about the stock axle breaking, and I'm wondering what axle would be best. I'll be using it for duning, Not just drag racing, but jumps, hillshooting ect.... so I don't want a skinny axle. Any info would be great. a few more questions, if I put 1/2 inch wheel spacers on the front of my shee will the steering circle suffer alot? Would it be wise to use wheel spacers in the rear with the amount of power my machine has, should I worry about breaking stock hub studs? or should I just buy new extended alluminum hubs for the rear? Sorry guys, I'm a big newb.... But thanks for any info regaurding my questions. -Scott
