Usually, you do it every year, at least we do around here. I do mine about 2 times a year. If i am really hard on it, like say in racing, then I tend to listen to it and check on it a little more, like change the oil at least every other race, just simple stuff like that.

I am wonder if a steering stem out of a yfz will fit in a shee. I was told it should and that it was 2 inches longer than a shee's stem. Any one got any info on this?

Ok, thanks for the info guys, I will drain the rest of it out and put in some 92. Do you guys think if i run some Amsoil Saber 100:1, if that will make any kind of difference with the advanced timing. I ran it a few months ago mixed with some VP MXRO1, before i added the timing plate and it really seemed to me to make a difference in the power area. When it was on the dyno, it made 42hp and 31 ft lbs, but that was before i did anything to it. Now with the add ons if done, it mad 47 hp, and 29 ft lbs. Will this timing plate help at all in the hp and torque department?

I installed a pro design adjustable timing plate today on my 04 shee. I read on here that most of you with stock head aaand cylinders go to a +4. Well I have a stock head and cylinders, and i set mine at +5. my compression is 120 psi. I am running toomey T-5's, and I am running 89 octane mixed with amsoil dominator 50:1. Is setting it at +5 to much? I rode it around and it really woke it up. To me it was like a whole new quad. Any info will help alot, Thanks

I am looking for some different carb needles for the stock carbs. I have the stockers and a set of toomey needles. My problem is i am looking for more out of the needles. I have already maxed both the stock and toomey needles. Is there any other needles out there that can give me more. Any info will help alot
