lowbuckracing really helped me out after another user ripped me off for some parts. He sent me the part I needed and only charged me for the shipping. If only everybody was as helpful and honest as this guy (most on this site are) you would never have to worry .

just an update on this whole situation. I received a full refund for the parts through paypal . Don't know if he did this willingly or if paypal just took it from a recent transaction that he may have made. Who knows

Upper left is the one I need. sorry I didn't respond right away. I just bought a new gsxr1100 and have been playing with that all week.

I will post the e-mail from paypal as soon as I can get on my other computer. It is also in their terms of use on the site.

Paypal has officially decided the claim in my favor but, they were unable to collect because his account was empty. It's all good....he hasn't heard the last of me yet.

Good luck. If you used paypal you COULD get your money back but only if he has the money in his account to reverse the charge. I am going through this same thing right now. Paypal has already decided in my favor on the claim but, there is no money in his account.

Ashland is in Schuylkill county (pronounced like school kill ) like MJ said. If you look up Centralia (where all of the underground mine fires are) it's not far from there. It's a nice area with alot of riding areas. I used to live up that way years back.

His deadline to willingly refund the money is the 20th I think. After that it automatically falls in my favor. I hate to be a dick about it but, enough is enough. Provide a tracking number as proof...it's that simple. I have been asking for proof for a month now and he cannot provide anything but his word which at this point means nothing to me.

Just an update. Still no parts or refund from this guy. It's been a month since he accepted the payment through paypal. He even threatened to fly out here and kick my ass when I said I would file a claim and post negative on here. BEWARE!!!

I do realize things happen in life but 3 weeks worth of excuses and no parts sucks ass. I'm trying to sell this damn shee cuz my wife just started her student teaching and will have no income for 14 weeks. I have another to ride but can't sell this one without the parts I bought off him. I bust my ass everyday to pay the bills and I will not get ripped off. I could fill an entire page with the e-mails both to him and from him and all of you could easily see it's bullshit.

Been over 3 weeks since he accepted the paypal payment . I've heard every excuse in the book as to why they are not here. I have filed the paypal claim now and soon I will announce the users name publicly on these boards. He knows who he is and I'm sure you guys can figure it out using the search feature and my username. At this point I'm pretty pissed off and tired of being lied to. If I have to go public with this I can post ALL e-mail both to and from the seller as well as p.m.'s from this site to prove my point.

Go up 61 north into Pottsville. When you come into Pottsville go past the Fairlane Village Mall on your left. About a mile past the mall there is a wal-mart on your right. If you pull into the wal-mart parking lot look to your left up the big hill/cliff. That area is know as shenandoa. You can ride up there and there are miles of trails and abandoned strip mines. Be careful though...there are some dangerous spots. Don't fly on any of the trails until you get familiar with them. There are some brutal drop offs at the end of some of the trails and you don't see them until it's too late. I'm not sure if anyone will give you any shit about unloading at wal mart but there are places in town behind walmart that are safe. You can also go up 61 north to cressona and hang a left on 183. Take 183 to 209 (sheetz on the corner)and hang a left. Follow 209 for a few miles and you will see a Turkey hill on your left. Right at Turkey Hill bare left. I have not ridden here but my neighbor has and he said it's a pretty good riding spot. You would have to ask at the Turkey Hill where to go. I think he said they call it Tremont or something like that. Supposedly it's just up the road from Turkey Hill. I have been past there but never actually rode there.

Is this all 4 a-arms? If so I will take them and can paypal immediately.

I guess I should have clarified myself a little better. The banshee I'm talking about would be put back together before doing any deals.

By the way....allentown is in Eastern PA near the Jersey border. :biggrin:

sorry don't have any pics of the complete shee yet. I tore it down to the bare frame the day I got it to clean it up and replace some stuff. I do however have pics of a big pile of parts. I put a new pivot works shock bearing kit and swing arm pivot kit on it. It has keihin 33's, reed spacers,twist throttle, fmf fatty pipes and silencers, durablue adjustable width axle (not sure which one) itp rear wheels, decent tires, billet e-brake block off, new chain,and probably some other stuff I'm forgetting. Supposedly the motor has a 4mil stroker kit....I don't know for sure because there is no spacer plate under the cylinders. I don't want to tear down the top end to verify because this thing runs perfect and I don't want to mess anything up. Always starts first or second kick. The cases do have the usual chain damage but do not leak. The rear plastics are decent with only normal wear marks no cracks. The front plastics appear to have been black originally but are painted white and race cut. They kinda look like shit because of the cheap paint. Seat has no tears. Also the rad cover was painted and looks like shit. I had planned on getting all new front plastic and rad covers but I can't ride anymore due to a pemanent injury. I want to keep my 97 Just because of all the money that's tied up in it but it will no doubt just sit and collect dust. I do have a PA title also.

where exactly is Sharpsville? I am near Allentown. I have a 95 and a 97 banshee both with some mods. I would like to keep the 97 but the 95 will be available soon.
