yea its all off and i already checked the coil and the plugs i just dont get it all i did was switch throttle cables

ok i had a twist throttle on my shee and i changed it to a thumb throttle and when i changed the cable everything got all messed up first off the tors are removed now it will not start and i have no spark i dont get how i lost spark from changing a cable there are two clips just hangin out under the tank but i belive its always been like that i have no key so i think one is for that does anybody have any suggestions? i can get pics of said clips tommarow if needed

I just switched my twist throttle to a thumb and im pretty sure my carbs are out of sync now. How exactly do you use this tool or is there any easier way to sync them?
