I moved the clip on the needle to the 3 position and most of the bog is gone now the bog is at like the 1/4 throtle spot. it also has a 195 main jet in it. the needle that is in it says "ceg on it. were can I buy that needle you said to buy. the other question is the air screw is all the way in does that meen I need a smaller pilot jet it has a 47 in it.

FmF fatty with power core 2 and I didnt mention but there is a 47 for a piolit jet. It seems to bog at 3/4 the needle is in the first clip. it seems to never reach the power band.

I have a 2-1 setup with fmf pipes boysen reeds and a 35mm carb and a pod filter. were should I be with jetting at 500ft.thanks for some help.

I have a friend who is a machinst who could make me the piece I need. I am tired of waiting for the people at rpm. I think it would work. it would only be a temporary fix untill I could get the right boot. do you think it would work.

No I dont know what it looks like. the only picture I have is the one of the trinity setup.

I called trinity earlier today and there boot is a little bigger. I also called upp and they dont sell one that will fit. I tried to call k&l but they were closed so thats were I am at. what do you think it would be like if I machined a piece of alum. to take a 2 bolt style boot I think it would work fine because all the aftermarket ones for a regular setup thats how they make them. so I would think it would work. let me know what you think.

I called rpm about the boot and there having troble with the guy who makes the boot for them. the guy on ebay just sells items for rpm. I keep getting the run around from them so I want to find out if any other boot would work. I measured the mounting serface and this is what I got. across center bolt holes= 2 -3/4 by 2-1/4 the whole mounting plate= 3-1/4 by 2-7/8 let me know what you or other people have done with this problem. because they told me alot of other people are looking for the boot.

I bought an Rpm 2-1 intake and I cant get the boot. Does anyone know if any other boot will work. Because I am at the point were I am going to get a piece of alum. and get it machined to take a 2 bolt flange boot. but if I could get one that would work would be great. I am just tired of the run around from everyone. here pics of the intake

Thanks for the link I gave them a call they are out of stock but it sound like it is the right intake. the guy from rpm is going to email me pictures of the intake.

can you send me a pic of both intakes and tell me were to get that rpm boot from. I didnt buy the one the guy offered because I thought the stock boot would work but I was wrong and I have emailed the guy a couple of times and I got no response.

I just bought a 2-1 intake and I didnt buy the boot that the guy offered and the stock one wont work and I tried to email the guy with no response so I would like to see if anyone has an idea were to buy one. I tried trinty and cascade and I didnt see one.

Thanks for the help. Do you know where I can buy the needle and thumb throttle cable? I was wondering if I could use one from another quad like a blaster or do they make one for this application.

I just bought the parts to do the 2-1 setup and I was wondering if anyone could give me a starting point for the jetting. my banshee has fmf fatty exhaust, boysen reeds, bored out a little and the head is shaved down a litte and have 35mm pwk carb for the app. were I live is about 500 ft. above sea level.

I have a set of pwk 35mm carbs an I would like to go to a single carb set up but I cant find were to buy the intake and the airbox piece. any help in finding were to buy thanks

I want to cut the rear fender on my shee but am not sure on how and were you cut it. If I could get some help in doing this if so could you show me some pic's of it thanks.
