From what i have learned by searching this forum with my set up of fmf pipes/silencers, a 2 into 1 unifilter intake *no airbox, and a other wise stock engine, the stock pilot jet is not what i need. Am i correct in this assumption? I am planning to purchase a 27.5 & a 30 pilot jets tommorow.
The problem that i am trying to solve is not being able to kick start but will pull start easily and it will not idle at all. Now before you ask......The choke tube between carbs is hooked up, the slides are in the correct carb, i have no TORS, have good spark, has fuel to the carbs that is fresh yamalube/premium gas mixed 32:1, and believe the carbs are in sync or at least real close. it also has good compression with a new top end.
I just bought this banshee saturday but have been learning fast and have allready tore into the carbs and cleaned every possible oriface. Also it only has 300 main jets, are they too small for my set up? I figured that while i am at the shop i would pick up 320-350 jets also.
Any help would be great, and thanks in advance.
