Hello every, in new to the forum and these quads i recently picked up a modified banshee, dont know what year it is, cant find any numbers on the frame, its been painted many times, not sure if thats the reason, it also has a 250cc dirt bike engine mounted in the frame, im told its from a YX250, again year unknown -.- it has a full set of brand new ITP Holeshots, and ITP aluminum wheels all around, new front plastics without fenders etc. it needs alittle work here and there, nothing major, i found many loose bolts, like the right rear castle nut finger tight many mismatched bolts in the plastics, often without washers, needs front brake pads and the clutch isnt adjusted right, dies when you put it in gear unless you give it enough gas things like that aside, the only problem i have with it is not knowing the years on the frame and engine, and the actual make of the engine i got numbers from the top right on the motor, 4DA-008065, on the left above the cover it has 249CM3 and 4DA00 again, so i assume its a 250cc from some yamaha, has a FMF pipe and silencer, they made new mounts for that too, exits under the seat over the swingarm ill try to get pics later to help more, thanks in advance :biggrin: -ReQ
