Checked compression today left 118 right 80lbs New top end re-build?

I have an 05 Banshee with T5 Toomeys and standard air box. I can't get the Banshhe to idle, the TORS are still connected, seems like I dont have much adjustment on the right carb. Pressure form the right exaust is much lower compared to the left. I'm going to check compression today. I installed new plugs and even swapped plug wires. Seems to point back to the right cylinder.
