He obviously wasn't/isn't a friend. If he was you would be far more concerned about him either getting help, getting better, getting back to work, something. If I've got a friend who I know is in trouble or askew my last concern is going to be a measly 2k. Try to focus on getting him well and see if the financial stuff falls into place. JMO..... If it is PTSD, i gurantee all of you guy that he could give 2 fucks less about what you think. Half of thr drugs they prescribe for ptsd are worse off than the shit u buy on the street.
I admit that this situation sucks for the OP. Having spent thousands of dollars in court fees and lawyers, i have learned that the only ones who wins are attorneys. They will help you get a court order but that as useful as used shitpaper. You cant squeeze blood from a turnip but you will pay out your ass to get that paper that awards you turnip blood.
Long hard road for you brother. Keep us posted and let us know when you stary listing your shit to pay legal fees.

How could u be on his side? I gave him a yz125 for free, and agreed to split all the parts he sold on here 60/40. Then he goes on two vacations and parties so much he ends up in the hospital and was ducking me and didn't pay me. I gave him the fucking parts may 19th.

Sean called me up yesterday, and as of today I have almost all the $$$ he owes me. He is doing much better but I'll leave that part up to him. So there was a good outcome to this story.
