update: just fixed it, i put it back on and now it kicks fine. i dont know if it just got in a bind or what but all the gears looked fine. could it have just gotten out of alignment?

um yeah im definitely fixing this before i do anything else with it. just happened today didnt have a problem otherwise. just trying to figure out why it did it

yeah it moves freely since i took the shaft off. the gear didnt look bad. yes i am bad rap on atv florida.

well i was out riding it today and stopped, then went to kick again and the kick start wouldnt budge. tore the clutch cover off and can still turn the motor over so its not locked up, not sure what to think.
