I finally got a hold of him. He admitted to being a liar and that he didn't really do anything with the parts. He even told me that he never really made a arms or swingarms. I told him if he doesn't send me my parts, I'm calling the police, so he sent out my parts...... I sent him a brand new set of burgard a arms still in the original packing and my stock swingarm. What I got back were messed up a arms thrown in a box. One of the ball joints are missing and another is smashed up. So I'm still missing my swingarm and have a arms with $40 plus shipping in damage. And they're not in the original packing, so they're not really "brand new in box" anymore, which is what i want to say since i'm selling them.

Couplex, thanks for the info, i'm not going to give up on this. The number to the address says that it's been disconnected when i call it. I'm going to look into that phone company to see if i can get any more information out of them. AGAIN, IF YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW LIVE NEAR THAT GUY PM ME!

Not yet, I still call him daily, but he never answers. I'd be willing to pay someone who lives in his area to go there, but I can't seem to find anyone in his area that is still on this sight or any other sight. There was a member eariler in this thread that said he dropped off his parts, but he hasn't been on this sight since april. I just want the $600+ in parts that i sent him back. Hey guys, i'm also from yfzcentral, and i've been working with knightryda01 to try to get our parts back. The thing is when i sent james brokman my stuff, i didn't have stock stuff laying around, all i had was my brand new aftermarket parts laying around. So instead of sending him my stock stuff, i sent him about $650 worth of aftermarket stuff. He received my parts april 11, 2007. I haven't gotten anything back yet. I did get a hold of him twice last month and he said that he would send my parts back to me (just what i sent him, not the free parts) the next day. Well a week later i got a hold of him again and he said that he just shipped the parts out the day before. He told me that he would send me the tracking number. Well now, a month after he told me that and no parts and no tracking number. That proves that he has no intent of getting peoples parts back, or refunding people's money. Before, he kept saying that he was trying to get parts back, but maybe he was busy. Well, now he said he actually sent them, just to try to end the conversation and buy himself another week, and isn't just too busy to send them back.
