i got pics but man like i said it is brand spanking new picture attacded

i retorqued the head bolts to 20 ft pounds and in proper scquence aswell, they all turned at least well how should i say this ,,,,on a 5 sided nut they all turned atleast to the where the next side would be so a 5th of a turn atleast !

also why would i re jet the bike and or change spark plugs all i relly need to do is figure out this coolant problem bike runs great , the old air box cover had 2 inch holesaw holes in it to get it to run so no cover just filter will be ok won"t it?????

well i use 10w30 motor oil not any kind of gear oil in my bike that i no of, but what i ment was can"t i do a compression check to see if head gasket is leaking before spending lots of $$$

i don"t think it it a coolhead ort ect , if headgasket is blown what is the easiest way to tell , or if water pump how can i spend the least amount of money and no for sure any ideas on going this route i will go check head bolt torque right now before i post again on the ok ! thank you for your patience

also i did take w pump inspection cover off and looked at the impeller it looked all good but seemed have maybeen rubbing or spinning against the cover it"s self cause there was a round circular scrapping on the meddal cover it"s self from the plastic impeller , also kicked the bike over with cover off and it turned

i have never had it off only the engine machine shop , and yahama junior racing team has worked on or even seen if fayetteville ARK so i guess i need to take it off

also i didn"t no there was a difference between antifreeze and coolant lol

yes i does appear to smoke alittle more then it did but i had just changed to synth benoil and 110 octane fuel for the first time , but these changings were after the fact

what about water pump seal cause head gasket r new less 1 hour since total rebuid was done , plus what would make me blow a head gasket? also all electronic used on the 1993 banshee r now powered buy the 2006 shee coil voltage reg. ect would i be getting any different kind of spark or timming may be out now?????

what other symtoms did u have only asking cauase i want to be shure , what makes u blow a head gasket ? i only rode this bike for an hour or so since i had it rebuilt the engine that is and head gaskets were brand new then

i recently changed almost all parts from a 2005 onto my old 93 shee cause i had the motor stroked ect, and anyways long story short the radiator whit cap removed is not staying full, plus it"s blowing the rubber stopper of a cap of my over flow tank under the seat and plastic causing anti freeze to drip onto my rear disk , also noticing that uparound my fuel tank lid is getting antifreeze very slightly blow onto it and tank plastic after riding it for lets say just 5 minutes or so any Idea"s anyone , do i have the hoses to the overflow resivor backward possibly , one of the hoses going back there have a tee in the middle looking like it would be water pump bypass outlet should that hose be the top or the bottom hose going into the overflow resavor????
