  1. Whats the cheapest build I can do incase cubs come back. 68 mm blaster pistons 120 rods 4 mill I have cpi pipes and 39 pwks. I have everything but jugs.
  2. Yea giving a little time for response. But if I cant get cubs back im going to have to use a different builder.
  3. im not talking crap about his work the cubs run very good. I live in california so its not like i can just go see what hes doing. I dont want to call them a loss but my banshee has been down since thanksgiving 2012. I just have a bike with pistons and rods hanging out of it and people asking when you going to put it back together.
  4. ok I was just going to consiter my cyclinders lost and buy some servals, ill give him some more time i think. He only needed to helicoil a stub or 2
  5. Does anybody know why he stopped taking calls. Or if someone know a different form of getting a hold of him. He has my cubs and no contact for 3 months. I have email texted and called.
  6. Ok I have herd of this serval cubs very interested. So i need to get these ports down so milling bottom of cylinder will get those ports down right. Can i get them down to Serval specs Was thinking about a 10mm strocker stock juggs mild port.
  7. Im ok with getting rid of the cubs what would I need stock juggs mild port? But if there is a option for these to work I would like to hear it. I have a timing plate it's at 4 degress 19 cc domes blaster pistons
  8. I have currantlly a 421 cub drag ported motor but im tried of the light switch powerband. i use to drag race a lot but not so much anymore looking for a milder build. I just bought some cpi inframes cheap so im covered on the pipes. My carbs are 39mm PWK's I have the 4 mm crank long rod. One question I have was can you add a thicker base gasket to remover some of the port timing. I like the bike but it all or nothing when you hit the gas.
  9. As title said I need some shearer inframes small bores for my 421 cub motor.
  10. It rips runs good idles no bog. Plugs are on rich side dark brown. Water comes out of the small hose that goes up to the neck where you fill it. Just finshed pulling head off the brown dome o ring was broken in a couple spots both sides. I still have a stock water pump impellier. I just came off of alky and just need to regroup gas setups.
  11. Just checked the jetting is 55 pilot air fuel 1.5 DGH needle in the middle main is 165. We are pretty close man you think there is a different reason for water coming out of the overflow. I run at sea level 4 degrees timing 190psi domes. If i have a blown o ring on cool head will that do it.
  12. To tell you the true I dont know whats in it now just borrowed them but I will trade mine. DGH sounld like the factory needle out of box right. You can run 8 degrees timing on gas is this 300ft or hillshooting. What you head psi?
  13. Just got this set of carb they run good but its pushing water out so i know its lean. What are some of you ranning for jetting its on gas
