good stock square plug stator ???? 08742

i was bout to pull the stator out of my other bike till i saw the round vs square plug. and if the resistance is good then what would u say is wrong? i got the meter ill check tomorrow

welll the v paddles would be better for me i think, i ride just the local sand pit and not straight line draggin

yea someone told me bout there stators im stayin away i had the timing plate so i threw it on for the hell of it i got a stock stator lined up thanks tho

i want to run 20''geckos on stock rims. i saw some aerospeeds on 10'' douglas wheels and 1/4'' of the rim bead stuck out i didnt like that at all should i have that problem?

ok so i recently rebuilt my quad got obut 5 rides on the new top end i went to +4 timing with a RS timing plate and stock stator. first fired it up i had no lights 2 wires were reverse. rode it at night they worked fine. the other night i went for a night ride lights didnt work for shit. the quad runs mint but no lights. checked all wires all had connection made a complete circuit. pulled the fly wheel off had a drip of water and one of the coil things on the stator looked melted and burnt only one tho. anyone have this problem?????

yea i had the t4s and my brother has the t5s they arent bad i want something different. i can get fmf fattys for free idk much bout them. my t4's seem like a top end pipe. wheres the power on the pc's??????

which pipes should i get??? i want something different tired of my t-4 toomeys. i ride everything from open dune hills to trails and track. i dont want toomeys not a fan of fmf fattys and altho they are a good pipe i dont like the look of paul turners. let me know what you think and if you have anything u want to sell thanks

r6 rear shock should lower it

anyone watchin this post lol i got it on the track today im about 8 clicks on compression rode badass almost sent me flying when i had it set to soft on the whoop section. now the rear shock is creeking and squeaking loud as hell cant figure it out

i jsut had them recharged i rode it on pavement today did a couple wheelies seemed stiff. anyone else

ill give it a try set the adjusters half way and tightened the preload up a little more so its not loose in there, now i need a good day to ride it thanks for replying

anyone got a tip or too where to start. i got a cheap set of 450 shocks and had them recharged bolted them on my shee with stock a arm. anywhere i should start no preload less compression no rebound anyone find a sweet spot or good starting point i ride a ton of whoops and hit plenty on jumps on the track as well.thanks

not to hijack this post but since its pretty much said and done has anyone found a sweet spot on there shocks?? like less rebound more compression no preload... or is it more trial and error

funny i just saw this. i went over to a guys house to look at a ltz400 for my girl and saw he had a zilla. i played it off as i didnt know anything bout riding. hes telling me its the fastest bike out there 560 big bore stroker....its got 100hp. i saw stock carb stock supension only thing noticable was the fmf fatty tires and wheels. so i jsut told him i had a banshee and have never seen a fast zilla, anyone ive ever seen ran like shit and sounded like hell. so he got all defensive and starts talkin all this shit he'll race me right on his street where ever i want, eventually he says if u beat that zilla with youur banshee you can take it home, i was all for it fuck it what have i got to lose then he says if u lose ur goin to owe me some serious cash. i looked over the 400 picked it apart needed some work didnt have paper work so i wasnt even interested and told him i would let him know. few weeks later i found out my friend with a stock 07yfz450 beat him on pavement and dirt. i shoulda raced him lol

looking for an a arm setup w/ tie rods and brakelines want to stay away from the heim joints. just seeing if there is something out there before i buy new thanks list whatever u got

stock ball joints are goin im goin to upgrade to a lonestar +2+1 a arms. i want to keep a 48'' width i ride with 08yfz's thru trails and gets tight occasionally. i got stock arms right now with offset douglas wheels now . should i run my stock wheels to keep the width slim. what axle should i get also.... thanks

i figured it out it was the adjuster in the middle of the clutch. i just gotta figure the problem why i dont have lights now lol running perfect otherwise tho

just got my bike running after the top end rebuild. i went to hop on it and go i pulled the clutch lever in seemed liek the cable binded then made a pop sound. i put it in the garage the cable moves and all but the clutch isnt engaging i guess help

i dont mind messing with it im goin to just bump the main jet up to 270 to start with maybe remove my air box lid and see what happens

your absolutely right and usually i would just leave it........ seemed it leaned a little on top end nothing really really noticeable
