Yeah I filled up the tank and took it off of reserve. could it be the ignition itself?

I just installed the new dyna ignition on my banshee and rode it around for an hour and it was running awesome. I ran out of fuel and put in on reserve everytime i kicked it would fire but kill itself no matter what I did. Does anyone know whats going on here. And thank you in advance.
