try taking the slides out and rotating them to the other carb if you got the two switched it will cause your problem otherwise it could be the sync.

have you had your carbs out recently. If so try changeing the slides to the other carb, sounds crazy but the same happened to me -
finished my build on my banshee and wanted to know what jets to start with here's my info .020 over with dune port by rnb racing +4 timing k+n pod filters toomey t5's 28mm pwks keihen carbs 2722 ft above sea level thanks for your help guys

I've gott a set of cylinders and one has a small crack at the bottom of the sleeve about 1/4 of and inch long. Is this cylinder ruined or will it be all right to run with that small crack. If I can't use it as is wil resleeving work???? Also I've got a head with a small amount of pitting. Will this affect anything or is it ok to run. Thanks guys
