  1. well, what i meant was, not strange liquids, just what kind of liquid would do damage if poured down there?? my friend is paranoid right about now and is praying there is no liquids in the gas either or in the crankcase. there is sand for sure, but not sure about any liquids we did try and chase em down, but they were on bicycles and we were walking plus they got a head start when they seen us coming. however, we have a good idea who it was and the neighbors are helping too
  2. thx for the tips! now is sand the WORST possible thing they could have put in there?? i cant imagine anything worse than sand. but will some weird liquds harm insides as well?? i hope we dont get surprised when taking off the clutch cover
  3. hi everyone! its nice to join your forum! im making a thread about a major problem my friend ran into. he has a 97 banshee and i have a dirt bike. while we were coming home from the store we saw these punks messin around with our bikes. actualy, his more than mine i think. we didnt catch them either as they ran away. it seem they dumped sand or something in his clutch, like in through the dipstick opening. we seen some scattered around the ground, so we assume there is some in the bike as well. now we didnt start it, but we're wondering how we should procede?? what if sand gets in the tranny etc. ?? is that a major problem or can it be flushed out? we are not 100% sure its sand yet, but we'll find out asap any help would be kindly appreciated!! what could be the worst kind of liquid or whatever, that could really harm the bike through the oil dipstick? wondering that as well thanks!!
