the guy who had it before me put a boost bottle on it too. i figured it would only be a short time before the stupid thing leaked. i'll check for leaks tonight and if i discover its the boost bottle im just takin it off.

i recently purchased a 2000 banshee. i have ridden it a few times over the last month with no issues. i just noticed that after giving it some throttle and i let off, it seems to idle about 200-300 rpm too high. it does it for about 10 seconds then it drops down to normal idle. i just lubed the throttle cable and it didn't seem to do anything. i thought it may be an airleak, but wouldn't it idle high constantly and never drop down?i'll spray it down tomorrow night anyway to check for a leak. any other ideas on what it could be? BTW... it does run perfectly.

update...i just put the shocks from my roomates 450 on and they are perfect. i obviously got screwed with these shocks. i purchased them from a guy on yfzcentral. beware of these assclowns. i just bought another pair off of ebay. anyone know what it would take to get the crap shocks fixed?

i just installed 04 yfz a arms and shocks on my banshee. everything went fine but it seems too stiff. i played with all the settings but no matter what i do it seems too stiff. i have an 05 yfz 450 in the same garage and the suspension seems much more plush and smooth. it also seems like the shocks aren't rebounding back as much as they should be. is there something wrong with the shocks or is this just the way it is. i didn't ride it because it was dark and raining.i'll take it for a spin within the next 2 days and see how it rides. thanks for any feedback.

i just purchased a 2000 banshee off of a forum member. the quad already has the TORS elimination. i want to install a twist throttle. my question is should i get a kit with tors elimination caps?since i already eliminated the TORS does it even matter which kit i get? it looks like most of the kits come with the caps anyways.let me know your opinions and which throttle works best for you. thanks for any help.
