  8. Haha sorry guys didn't mean to brag but I was just trying to make a point that I like to go fast, not really into the trails. And I work very hard to fund my toys, but since I'm not rich I gotta try and save somewhere. I have a good fuel deal through my fathers engine shop with Sunoco race fuels and its still an arm and a leg for it. I like the idea of pump gas for convenience and for cost!! But now your telling me that a pump gas cheetah cub will run lean an burn up?! SMFH!! That's the last thin I want...

  11. Thanks guys. I hear it all the time... You don't use your quad for what it's made for!!! I got a 25.5 cert 68 Camaro with a 540, an 04 cobra, 08 gt500, 11 carbon le z06, 06 hayabusa... I just like to go fast!!! I'll call around and see who rubs me the right way lol Do you have any preference pasty?

  14. I've had my 2002 banshee for years now with cpi inframes, vforce reeds, jet kit, air filter, and stage 3 porting by trinity. My father builds race engines for cars/boats so I ripped my perfectly running engine apart, sent the jugs and head to trinity for porting and we gave the cylinders a quick puff hone. Threw that together with new wiseco pistons and have been ripping around the streets on and off for years. Now i wanna build a 421 pump gas engine to drop into a 2005 se banshee I just picked up. My question is which combo do I go with? Serval or cheetah? I wanna run pump gas and I really don't run it off road cause I have 3 plates in my right shoulder and I can't be bouncing all around. Which combination is better for feeling the raw horsepower just rippin around on the street? I looked at both kits on F.A.S.T. Which I've heard Jeff is a really nice guy and very knowledgeable. Is it worth me trying to save a couple hundred bucks ordering a wiseco rotator direct and just the jugs from Jeff or just don't bother messing around with wiseco stuff? Sorry for all the typing but I'm kinda new to the serval/cheetah engines. Thanks guys Dan

  16. Didn't have time to rip it apart today. Another thing is I run amsoil injector hp 40:1 is that good?
  17. I'm ripping them apart tomorrow. I'll update this thread after that. Hopefully it runs better just cleaning them out.
  18. Hey guys I have an 02 banshee .010 over pump gas with trinity stage iii porting. The quad has been sittin in my garage for months at a time, I start it once and a while.(always with fresh 93 and amsoil 40:1) When I start it with the choke, it runs perfect. As soon as I turn the choke off it on cylinder starts to drop out. If I can remember correctly its the right cylinder that cuts out. My question to you guys, is this a lean condition since the choke kinda fixes the problem? Also what else could cause the cylinder to cut out on a fresh motor? Also what would a base line jetting be? CPI inframe, stock carbs, vforce reeds, k&n air filter, stock air box with vents, and pump gas trinity .010 bore. I think they killed the head a little too. I live in Long Island, New York in case you were wondering altitude.
