  1. Thanks guys- now we're on the same page.
  2. I appreciate you guys time. I have used morton hi-temp(now called rohm & haas) and it held up decent but wasnt near as shiny or smooth which also made mud bond and bake to it better also. Anyone else have any input. Are you guys sure what you had wasnt ceramic coating which is another ballgame?
  3. Kaotik, I run a powder coating business. I have been doing it full time 5 years now, but with all my larger accounts I dont have much time to experiment with different powders and such. Is there any way you could tell me the manufacturer and part #'s of those powders. The only hi temps I had used didnt look nearly as good as yours but that was a few years ago and as you know the powders are getting better all the time. Thanks for your time.
  4. I have PT mids, buddies have PT hi and t5s. So in what I know about them I would go with PT mids on slower trails or the T5s on faster ones. The T5s are a great all around pipe and will give more rpms than the PT mids, but not quite as much low or throttle response. I dont know about the characteristics about the other brands though...
  5. Well they may not be sold as a perf mod but the position makes a difference because I had mine on between the reeds and jugs and was told to move them to between the reeds and intake and now my jetting is off. I havent had time to mess with it yet. I just would like to know what other opinions on how others ran in different positions or am I better w/o them at all.
  6. What is everyones concencus on reed spacers- do they help? if so low or high rpm? install between reeds and jugs or reeds and carbs? And everyone I have talked to says the intake boost bottles are a waste of time and money- agree?
