Just playin man.. I agree bro.. Despite some of the silly shit talking thats been going on lately I agree that overall HQ is one hell of a place.. Have learned a ton and I hope I have contributed atleast some..
Its kinda weird that I have made friends with people I have never shakin the hand of.. But I don't know what else to call people who have helped me out so much or be so willing to help with anything between my bike or personal life..

glad to hear you got it figured out and taken care of. do you mean the impeller itself or the gear that drives it, on the inner side of the cover? if it's the impeller, did you get a replacement stocker or an aftermarket billet one? if you got the stocker, keep an eye on it, they are destined to fail.
the gear did, got a genuine yam new 1

well i found the problem, the water pump thing's gear is busted, so we got a new 1 and im getting it installed now, prob will pick my bike up again 2morrow

interesting, i didn't realize that the temps got that low there.

thanx, and speaking of which i actually went out 2day again, froze myself to death but thats another story. anyways i had to refuel the damn resovor over and over it kept emptying on me dont know whats wrong probly the impeler shaft gear gone bust so ill have to get that fixed. when I was done washing the 'shee, i took it out around the block 2ce, about 300 meters in total, ok ye i did rev it up quite alot but hey its addictive . back to the point when i came back to my house, the radiator was litrally smoking and was extreamly warm, however the engine was still preaty cold. what the hells that all about??? any answers will help

if you're coolant took a sudden drop in level and you don't have any leaks anywhere, it may either have been an air pocket in the system, or worse, you're impeller seal or crankcase to clutch cover seal gave out. i'd double check your tranny oil to be sure the coolant isn't leaking into it. the stock impeller is junk and breaks up causing the seal to deteriate and leak into the tranny. if that's the case, you'll probably notice the clutch slipping in the higher gears. a bad impeller would also explain the coolant not flowing in different areas well and one area being hotter than another.
on a different topic, how's the old palm islands coming along over there. my workplace has been manufacturing water cooling towers for the palms and pearl of qatar for months on end. the pictures that we get back of the islands and the evergrowing city look pretty impressive. indoor ski slopes in the middle of the desert :beer: that would have to be cool.
thanx, might have been a air pocket cuse i dont deel the clutch slipping much but im gonna cheak to make sure there aint anything wrong in there, Prob wont go out this weekend chanses to my luck bad weather ={ + i injured my self on a jump, gt the landing ramp wrong back end came up foot got under the back tire as the back end went down again and gt dragged under ={ only a couple of bruses and i cant run but healings coming along nicly :thumbsup:
As for the peral ye its coming along gr8 cant wait for it to finally finish. gd luck with the water cooling towers :thumbsup: and like sa3ood said, they gt the biggest indoor sk8ing area in the wrld i think, lol its preaty nice place ive been there b4. lol and dont think a typical desert it gt 7C a couple of days ago and i walk to school oh and also oman had snow so its not a stero typical desert, just saying. Sa3ood can tell u bout the palms, thats in dubai

back tires... ok nefs may have helped but hey im getting 200 QR and the doller to QR is 3.65, im to lazy to work out (under 100 Dollors a month) so im just trying to geet pipes and reeds and a cool head

When cold, fill the radiator, then fill the resevoir to the low mark. I use maxima coolanol, and sometimes put in water wetter. As far as the boiling noise, its actually the cap letting coolant in and out of the radiator (normal).
ye i did that 2day, but ive been riding the shee for over 1 yr and its never made that sound, its winter here which actually gets quite cold (max 18 C) and ive ridden in the summer (50 C avrage)

sounds like something is blocked or your coolant is junk. i run engine ice only no water and no problem at all even says not to add water. coolant is suppose to work better then water to disapat it but it is mostly like he said above so it don't freeze and lubing a little. you could run straight water if u wanted in the summer. do a good cleaning and put new stuff in.
coolant also hightense the boiling point

That's part of your problem. Don't do pure coolant, water is typically cooler than coolant unless you are using something like engine ice and even then I think water is still better. The main purpose (correct me if I'm wrong) for coolant is for lubrication, protection, and to keep water from freezing.
Also check to make sure you don't have any blockage anywhere like inside the radiator etc.
What other mods do you have ie. cool head, inline cooler, etc.?
sorry i made a mistake it is 50/50 prediluted, and my shee is bone stock except for itps at the back and spacers at the back

i dnt think ur coolant is verry effective,(not gd quality) and wats tha mix like, 50/50(half water and half collant) or u just put in coolant without water.

so i went out riding, just b4 at home i filled the radiator full, and the resovar was mid lv. went out riding, stoped to cheak the reso and it was completly full, rode some more and then bam it was completly empty. also when i stop i hear alot of boiling from the engine but i can litrally put my glove on the engine for 3 secs and its not hot at all. what the hell is up with it?

so i was out to dayriding some whoops, basicly 3 triples the last 1 is wide so i took it 4th pinned and didint make itmy back end shot up and i hit the last ramp which twisted my steering wheele, and so my foot fell off. well got the bike back on all four but with my foot under the left tire and the tire skided al the way up my leg (missed my private parts though)be posting the vid in a few hours

really it depends how much sand there is if its not really that sady (not like a desert) ull need to go for the "4 snow" if its real sandy (like my sig) ull be best of with a couple of itp sand stars (of set V shape) or if u pref them roosters (stright paddles). the itps will have way better handling but the roosters will have a extrealy slight more traction. Ill go for the itps its the worlds best Allrounder out there. U may c in my sig i gt a set of rear ITPs
