  10. :: I have a 2006 banshee special edition all stock I installed a FMF fatty gold series exhaust without jetting it stock #200 jets I rode it for about three houres like this then finally installed the #260 main jets that FMF sent with the exhaust now it is breaking up real bad and backfireing/popping.If i put #220main jets in with the idle air screw turned ou 1/2turn it helps a little.Could i have damaged my bike by not jetting it right away any info would be great thankyou
  11. Also with the bike running rough it has overheated and will drip a littlt antifreeze out of a vent tube.Could the wrong jet size be the culprit.it doesnt do it very often i thought i was just puttin around to slow in the wods but my 04 banshee can go through the same woods and is just fine
  12. Ok i rode it with the pipes and stock#200 jets for about 3 hours .I will try the bigger jets you suggested, but if i put #260 in it runs worse than #220 any idea why?
  13. I'v checked the slides in carb there in right.I've not messed with the timing.Choke tube is on.Cannot figure it out.Talked to FMF and they said #260 would be fine a littlt big if anything.Could i have messed somthing upby running bike for a little while with pipes on it while not jetted?
  14. I'v tried to move needle clip but it seems to work the best in stock position 3rd slot.I've also put in #220 main jets and that seemed to help alot but still at idle when i blip the throttle it just bogs and dies.It will work finne if i leave chock half open
  15. :: I have a 2006 banshee special edition mods are listed. The bike has only 10 hours on it.I installed a full fmf fatty power core 2 exhaust on it and did not jet it.The stock jets are#200 It was running prettygood all through the gears except when i got into4,5,6 then it would bog down and backfire/make popping noise out of exhaust.I've since installed the jets that FMF sent me #260 and now the bike does the same thing but way way worse. At idle if i blip the throttle it just bogs down and shuts off.I am running twin k n airfilters w/no airbox.I live right at sea level and the temp now is between 40to60.Any info would be greatly appreciated.
