  1. BUMP Sick ass bike and a great guy to deal with!!!
  2. You might look into the House of Kolor line of paints. I know they have a majik blue pearl that would be a close match, but would have a pearl in it, kind of like "glitter". They also have a cobalt blue kandy base and an oriental blue kandy base that would probably match it closer. I know you can get that paint from eastwood or bearair.com.
  3. LOL....Yeah, the frame should have been black to start with, but I thought I might luck out and have the colors match a little better. Oh well, learn as I go I guess.
  4. LOL.....don't think so
  5. Thanks for helping me bust her down and get it back together
  6. Well, the more I looked at that green frame, the less I liked it, so I decided to change it. I think the fire stands out a little better on the black frame. Thanks for looking.
  7. Those are +2 ASR's
  8. Thanks, I think one of the things that hurt my depth was my third layer of candy was mixed just a little too dark. One of the things you can't see in the pictures that really helps it look, is theres some pearl in there to give it some flash. There's a few things I would change in there, but I can't complain being it was my first real paint job.
  9. Wait till you see it WITH the motor
  10. The flames are really pretty easy to paint. I bought a couple dvd's done by Mike Lavalle that shows you the basic ways to build the layers and tells you what colors of paint to use and how to mix them. If your thinking of doing something like this, I would definately recommend getting the vidoes. The first video shows how to do the orange and yellow true fire and the second shows how to do green and blue. I really haven't thought about how much I'd charge to do it. This is actually the first time I've used uro based paints so it's still kind of expirimenting and learning for me.
  11. I painted them myself and used House of Kolor paints.
  12. Thanks for the comments guys. I'm wishing now I would have painted the frame black and flamed it so it flowed into the plastics. Oh well, I'll get her all thrown together and see what it looks like. If I don't like it then I'll change the frame this winter.
  13. Finally had a little time to get my plastics painted. Let me know what ya' think. Thanks for looking.
  14. WHASSSSS UP!!!!!!!!!!
