GOT IT FIXED!!! Removed Carb again. Removed float bowl. Removed WHITE piece from MAIN JET. Under that WHITE piece, there is a PILOT JET, You will need a screwdriver with a real small blade to remove the PILOT JET. My Pilot Jet was plugged with some kind of cloth. (Maybe air filter) Thank you guys for the manual.(from this forum). Let me know if this helps. Thanks RocketIII

I have the exact same problem. I have checked everything you have done & removed TORS. Also remove baffles to make sure pipes weren't plugged. Please post your repairs as soon as possible. Thanks RocketIII
