I was having the same problem.... I'm using a twist trottle so my TORS is removed. I found that cleaning my carbs helped. Was it raining, or moisture involved? Mine, would stick when I went through a puddle or it was raining outside. Never really found a solution.... just keeps my carbs clean and stay away from water when I can. DUKE
