After doing some research on the Cam while waiting for the cylinder to heat up to remove the old sleeve, I found out that to break it in you need to keep the RPM above 3000, and that isn't quite what you want when you break in a new motor so I am waiting on the cam mod until after initial break in of the cyl. But still need some help with the starting point on where to jet. I was thinking to start it out go up atleast one size on all jets, but still am kinda wondering... Any help would be greatly appreciated

  3. Working the kinks out of my Wolvy, I hooked up a new HMF pipes, no sparky, K&N air filter, Mudbuster HotCam, and a 401cc BBK. Well, I'm doing the cam and BBK tomorrow, and am going to dial the jetting in. Anyone have any expirence with it? Any idea's where to start?

     

    Going to jet it for 60degrees at 500ft elevation.

     

    Also, with Valves for you four pokers out there, adjusting the lash clearance.. How do you adjust it? Intakes .13 and exhaust is .15

  4. So I'm tearing my bike down, have had a few problems and decided since we just got a foot and a half of damned snow that it'd be a good time to break into it. I was riding it on a dirt road, and my lugs weren't tight, my bro put them on for me but didn't tighten the lugs, only finger tight, so I threw a buncha lugs and shit, and the right front almost came off. But when I noticed it I was leaking fluid as well, right from under the gas tank pretty much. It was brake fluid I believe. Not sure tho. So now I have it torn down, all platics off, tanks off, rads off, and silencers. Cant find a leak anywhere, but there is fluid on my head. Its wierd cuz I cant find a fucked up line anywhere. I've gone thru all the brake lines.

     

    I checked the tank out, wasn't leaking from there. And I know it was brake fluid anyway.. Any suggestions?

     

    Also, the rotor guard on the right front is fucked up, would it be smart to just pull it off and pound it straight? I think it'd be fine. Its kind of rubbing on the rotor, but that would be an easy fix if its fucked up. My fathers a machinest..

     

    Also, my rims are fucked, all four.. Anyone happen to have any spares they dont need? I'm lookin at either boring the lug holes oversize and putting new lugs in or replacing the rims all together.

     

    Last question, best technique for removing exhaust springs? I need to take them off to polish up my stage IV's.. Thanks guys..

  5. I'm gettin ready to hone a set of cylinders, picked up a medium grit cylinder hone, 54-110mm three stone hone. My father recommended using normal cylinder hone lube, but I dont really think I need to go that deep into shit. Just wonderin what everyone uses. And is medium grit gonna be too strong for a normal cylinder clean up? Should I buy some new fine pads?

  6. Jetting not right ?? ebreak hooked up , no fire when u kick it over ? clean carbs? just thinking of some of the stuff i look for when mine dose not kick over

     

     

    All you gotta do is tell me about ebrake. My carbs are decent. Haven't torn them down but they been clean for awhile, and the cyls gettin fuel like isaid. Got it in nuet, an its not sparkin. I'm gettin fire when i hold it agaisnt the pipes, they're stainless steel so eyah.. it works.. i have a kill switch, only problem i can think of now.. its plugged in right, but i dunno.. it may be a problem, anyone have a suggestion? should I try to jump it fist?

    before i even got to your part of your post about pulling it i was thinking you should try that, casue you say you got spark and fule is good...

     

    as long as you dont hear anything while kicking it over...pull start it..if it starts up and stays started you know you got a differant problem... i had an issue with my banshee a few years ago where the pilot was off and it wouldnt start but when i pulled it it would start then die... i knew right away what it was...

     

     

    I almost went an got a 12 pack then went an did this today, tomorrow should be the day i'ma pull it. It hasn't been started for like fuckin 7 months, being gone an all. I haven't got it going yet, almost broke my damned foot today, knwo what I'm sayin? I'm gonna get it going real fuckign soon. All it has is some tarnished fuckin trin4 pipes, and I am gonna polish them up soon. Fuckin right

  8. Tried to start my fuckinb anshee for the first time. It wouldn't work. I had spark both cyls, I had fuel. I think i flooded, have worked on sleds sicne i was nine. I have no new plugs, but am trying. Kicked for twenty fucking minutes. Talked to chase, connecting tube is good, coke is doing fine, working it in an out trying to make it work. I dunno what else to do. I let it air out for over two hours, still woulding work. Is my only good choice to jump it? My brother will yank me along with his rincon, and give me a jump no probs. its my first time starting it. Its 40ish here, I dunno for sure, too many drinks. Lemme know if you dotn mine.   9. yeah I made it back man. Gotta love it. Got to sit on my bike for the first time today. But no fluids. So tomorrow yeah. Gonna take it right up the freakin road, I dont care. Theres no other fluids right? What weight trany fluid do you use? Isn't it like an 80w? I'm not entirely sure. Know what i'm saying?? Making sure I get everything right.

  10. I need fluids! I got home yesterday, no place was open on sunday here so tomorrow I'm going to pick up fluids for the bike. I am just making sure I have everything. I have absolutely no fluids in the bike, it was shipped here that way. I know I need brake fluid, tranny fluid, rad fluid, and some two stroke oils. What should I be looking for weightage wise and all that. Thank you for your help everyone.

  13. So yeah, being here, my squad likes to argue over stupid shit. We have been arguing for the past month about the subject of M.I.L.F.'s.

     

    Is there an age requirement in order to be a milf? My squad leader says she has to be 30 yrs old, or have a child that is atleast 10 years old in order to be a milf.

     

    Most everyone else says that a milf is self explanitory. Its any mother you'd like to yeah.
