thanks man...ya i was very mad and am still waiting for him to make right...but that wont happen because he's going to change his name on here, ya and next time i will use my head a little better, thanks guys for the support, if that was me i would of made right but i know hes on ebay to because he was selling a banshee on there last week and i know that was him because my banshee was in the back ground, so i know what his house looks like and his white car....so make right buddy am only about 20mins away from WI so monday ill be going up that way to file a civil court case...so ill keep everyone updated...thanks again.

banshee is fixed my buddy that use to work for yamaha fixed it...it was a bent shift fork...$30 later...runs great now. thanks guys. :beer:

ya thats a great story but the fact here is that my trans is f***ed... i took it to the yamaha dealer by me and they said its a bent fork...so he scamed me i just want to see what where going to do about this because where i come from we dont let people get away with things like this, and no he didnt want me to come to his house i met him at his work...but that just as good... so if your not going to make this right or something??? be watching for me and you can ask anyone that knows me am not a online tuff guy i mean what i say and i do what i say... but he will change his name on here and scam someone else...i just want things to be right...and you told me when i came and picked it up from you that your brother was riding it the last time so how do you know that he didnt mess it up?????????????????????????????????????

will trade 2 sets of subs. 2 12in kickers in a box and 2 12in polk in a box both works good... i need front plastics for my 99 banshee and 2 head lights and air filter set up... or exhaust system for the banshee not stock...chicago-rockford area...

am having problems with my trans when am in 1st gear at high rpm's it wont go into 2nd i have to bring down the speed and rpm's a little then it goes same for 4th gear from 3rd...does anyone know what that is??? i hated short shifting... 1999 banshee
