  1. That would make sense and I have heard that said. And I do monitor my temp in races and Sunday rides. During races my shee has gotten up to 230 degrees with no issues. And I run oversized radiator. But my cylinders look like crap they are original 2006 and I want them looking good with powder coating, this will be a good trial run at 80 over. I monitor the coolant temp with a trail tech voyager.

  2. Can you powder coat a cylinder in oven up to 400 Degrees after you bored it 80 over because machinist says no and the powder coat guy says it doesn't matter both are really good at what they do I just want to make the right call it's not an instant flash heat they put it in the oven and they turned up to 400 so it's gradual what are you guys think what have you done

  3. This is a great topic been wanting to replace my stock headlights with Rigid Industries R-46 LED Lights and then a 10" light bar later on for the handle bars. For the banshee would it be necessary to modify the electrical system to when adding a LED light to replace the factory ones. It is a DC voltage to the headlights already.

  4. I was looking at there facebook page and found a sweet looking bumper with a LED light bar on top. Anyone run the LED light by tying them into the existing headlights or is that even possible? factory%2043%20bumper%20with%20light%20b

These are the nerf bars I want but for the banshee they come with aluminum heal guards only...not a deal breaker

  5. Stock head/some toomey t6 with stock air box and k&n. Bike is setup for the woods. See my problem was last fall my hot rod crank siezed up but my pstons didn't burn up. They had shrunk so pistons needed to be replaced though. This was after a fresh rebuild top and bottom end. I've been riding another quad since but I'm taking the banshee out this weekend for a lot of riding and am nervous about engine damage. I doubt there is a vacuum leak but I can check that with throttle, body cleaner and see if the rpms rise. Could a air pocket in the cooling system cause a crank bearing to seize but only one of the bearings?

  6. Anyone running this setup at around sea level? I'm running a 190 main jet... Seems like it should be rich but I have a grey plug tip, And barely wet. I know I should probably just do a plug chop. I want to run on the safe side so I may do 195 main. What are you guys running with this setup. Also does a boost bottle make a leaner condition than if I didn't have a boost bottle. Should I do away with a boost bottle? Hoping for some suggestions.
