There was no wire that goes to the clutch perch. I told you that parking brake where disabled. I did nothing else than remove the lever, all other will be done before. It ran perfect over 1 year. carbs I will check later. Thanks for any reply. Edit: Not 8:46PM....here in GER it`s 4:46AM and now I have to go work :ninja:

some updates on my problem: sparks are brandnew Flywheel and pickup coil i never touched parkbreak was disabled as I brought it, i only removed the lever on top of my clutch lever. TORS removed from carbs and ripped out the b/y cable incl the control unit. I only gave it some new pistons, bearings and let it bore to 64.50. It idles good, cause when shee`s warm and i pull the choke in....it makes no difference. It starts with or w/o choke on 1st kick. And yes...i installed the choke tube between both carbs. It smokes like hell when it idles. i did not do a compression check.

Hello. I try to explain my problem in english, cause nobody here in germany can help me out. After I rebuild my engine and rip off the TORS, my bike will not run as well. Idles good, but if I give it some gas it smokes on both pipes like hell and did not rev up. Sounds like a rev limiter or something. Some specs: 64.50 bore Stock carbs w/o TORS idle kit installed FMF SST pipes and Powercore silencers no airbox snorkel 260 mains park brake removed Seems like it runs not correct on one cylinder. The left one is misfiring sometimes. Hope u understand...

Did anyone ever made a writeup or sticky thread about installing an tors removal kit with some pictures ? I`m not sure how to drill the holes exactly..

Yeah I know there will be some people who ship to germany. But how long should I wait and how much taxes pay for these 2 screws ? Waiting at an german customs office can easily take 4-5 hrs or longer.

Hello, first off.....my english is not good, but I`ll try my best. Can anybody please give me some dimensions of the idle screws that comes with TORS removal ? Here in germany you can`t buy an idle-kit anywhere so I have to help myself by contacting mikuni germany and find a screw that will fit in. Will be fine if anybody can help me out. Thanks, Mike
