Ok, Round 2: Warmup on old plugs Swap with new plugs, run WOT mid-top 6th, cut out ignition and pull clutch til stop. Remove new plugs, replace with old and drive back home and chop. Have not made any other changes since first set of plug chops other then new plugs. Also added some pics of the straps. Watcha think?

Yea I did that, however, I didn't warm it up on the old plugs. Guess I'll need to do it again. Once i do it again, i'll rechop and post. Thanks!

Hey Folks, Great site. I have a stock '06 Banshee. I just added the following mods: FMF SST pipes/silencers Removed snorkel (will not be removing lid due to riding conditions) Removed stock 200 mains and installed 280's (thinking I need to go bigger yet) I live in NE PA, approx. 1500ft elevation. Avg riding temps 60-80. NO other mods. I did not touch the pilots or the stock needle clip position either (yet). According to my images below with my plug chop (don't laugh, it's my first time!!), what would you folks recommend for the mains? They look a little gray (lean) to me. Maybe I should jump to 300's? Thanks!
