  1. thanks a bunch... what are the mains srilled out to? and do the needles pass all of the way through the jets? it seems like my setup is a little rich. It seems like you said that you used drilled out 108 mains? or drilled them to 108? which carbs are they? thanks again Brian
  2. well with the setup it fired up no prob first kick, but now soaks plugs and wont start. The mains have been drilled way out for the alky, but i cant help but wonder...lif it wont start on gas, how will it run with gas when i purge it after running alky all day? will it?
  3. mine are flat on each side with the corners rounded... they very well might be aftermarket powerjets, but im not sure.
  4. no they are the original powerjets with the carbs, they just have the jet style insert, not the finger adjustable type.
  5. Im getting ready to fire up the new motor just wondering if i was close with a 160,55, and a 120 in the powerjet running at sea level, 50-90 degree weather will this get me up and running? will the pj's get enough fuel from a pingle alone? Pump? they have stock bowls. Would i be smart to remove the pills from the powerjets and replace with turning jets? thanks to everyone Brian
