Went down to ALBA today and picked up the sparkies,for me its better safe than sorry no way im driving all the way out to get fined or told im done riding for a part that cost me 28 bucks for both and took less than 1/2 hour to install.I pulled out the baffles and cut it 3/4 of an inch wrapped the screen on the end reraped the packing and done.I agree they probably wont be checking everybody but I dont want to be the one that got caught. Just wondering would I gain more power spending 550 dollars on a coolhead vforce 3's timing plate than replacing pipes and reeds for 700 dollars?I just want to build it right the first time and not have to replace things as it gets F.A.S.T.er in the off season ,dune port true&welded crank and im probably going for the trynity 2-1 carb setup Im new to this and realy dont know what to spend the money on first.My name is Charles and im a banshee aholic

Im running FMF gold with the powercore two silencers and was looking into changing for the same reason would it be better to do some other things first, my bike is stock except for pipes no air box and no TORS.I like the T5's but want to gane more power if I wouldnt gane to much with just changing pipes
