That's going to be really tuff.. What colore are they now and what color are you going with? I've had good luck with Krylon fusion but just spray it lightly, with won't crack or flake but of course it will scratch. After you prep make sure you wipe the plastic down with acetone, any moisture will cause paint to bubble.

Polishing billet, alum? Yup, sanding stages down to a fine grit or it will show in the end. Get a sewn wheel with brown compound. Loose wheel for white and green compound to finish it off. Harbor Freight sells little kits for those tight to reach spots. If you need help ship the stuff my way, will bling it out for a few bux!

Similar grab bars are still around but not the bumper.. I'll find you a link. I'm sure 2001Stroker will take that bumper to the grave LOL..

Take everything appart from the air filter to the carbs and flush everything clean with carb cleaner. I like B12 Chem dip. Clean all your electricals and even check the flywheel and stator.. Don't want any moisture in there. -

Tall thick paddles on a molded tire like that affect top speed. They dig too much! Skat Trak Haulers are best choice but I wouldn't worry if just dunning and riding around.

That was a pretty good read but got sad towards the end... The two stroke has been completely dropped from the lineup of most manufacturers in favor of reasonably quiet, fuel efficient, technologically advanced four strokes. Sport quad riding and organized racing have also, for the most part become four stroke events. -
I like the rims but don't think you'll like the performance from those tires. What type of riding will you be doing? I'd rip the lid off the airbox, remove the TORS, Ebrake system outta there. Don't forget to order a jet kit with the pipes! Good looking Banshee and welcome to BHQ!!!!

I can think of all the brands but I can't recall any of them having the backside of joint mount sealed like that.
