That would be an effective way of finding out what the next weakest part of your drivetrain is! I would think that considering the powerband of a shee is not as wide as a four stroke, the turbo lag would be fairly large. I bet it would really put traction to the test when the power hits!
If you're going to have it re-jetted, it may be a good time to consider any minor mods (eg: removal of airbox lid, aftermarket reeds) since this all affects the fuel mixture and would require jetting changes for each.
